As a Senior Core Engineer, you'll play a key role in improving our products end-to-end, from architecture to production. You'll be responsible for performance enhancements, including design, configuration, coding, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-scale, multitenant, distributed systems.
• Drive performance improvements across the entire system, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Work on high-transaction environments, managing large volumes of transactions per second.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance from architecture to deployment.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in C/C++ development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Deep understanding of C/C++ strengths and weaknesses and experience in utilizing them effectively.
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining backend distributed systems, including data models, architectures, and communication protocols.
• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize them for performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve performance issues, including profiling and code analysis.
• Excitement for tackling performance optimization and refactoring of existing systems.
• Excellent debugging skills in complex systems, using tools such as debuggers and profilers.
