Vice President Human Resources

For a rapidly growing Tech company located in Tel Aviv, we are looking for:

VP HR

• Build, develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Work closely with company leadership to support global growth and expansion
• Oversee organizational development, including company structure, performance management and career development
• Lead and guide HR team.
• Develop and implement employee retention and engagement programs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes in Israel and abroad.
• 4 days a week on site.

Requirements

• 12 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles (a part of the senior management team), within a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
