For a rapidly growing Tech company located in Tel Aviv, we are looking for:
VP HR
- Build, develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with company leadership to support global growth and expansion
- Oversee organizational development, including company structure, performance management and career development
- Lead and guide HR team.
- Develop and implement employee retention and engagement programs.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes in Israel and abroad.
- 4 days a week on site.
Requirements
- 12 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles (a part of the senior management team), within a startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
