We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities: Define and implement long-term vision and strategies for product family based on market and competition understanding. Develop and enhance product family by managing product roadmaps, gathering requirements, analyzing customer and product data, and prioritizing product backlog. Communicate requirements to key partners and gain executive-level leadership buy-in for implementation methods and timeline. Stay updated with competitive technology landscapes, emerging trends, and new technologies and apply this knowledge to drive business and user acceptance testing for complex products. Identify and proactively address customer needs, implement new processes, and coach team members to improve customer focus. Own complex customer problems, build new ideas using "Whole Product" concepts, and drive "Go-to-Market" strategies for mass adoption. Develop and manage product roadmaps, secure resources and alignment, and manage roll out and scaling of complex products/features. Use product and feature analytics to make data-driven product decisions, and assist in the planning, design, and implementation of exploratory data analysis. Influence and build stakeholder consensus through strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. Demonstrate in-depth domain expertise, identify areas of innovation, and recommend new processes and ways of working. Execute multiple business plans and projects, remove barriers impacting performance, and develop contingency plans. Supervise and mentor associates, build a team-based work environment, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Promote company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, and supporting community outreach events. Requirements: 3+ years of Proven experience as a Product Manager, building impactful products, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering AI-driven products aligned with business goals. Proven track record in managing complex product lifecycle, and inspiring cross-functional teams to meet ambitious objectives. A blend of creativity and analytical thinking to refine AI outputs, ensuring our content is relevant and engaging. Strong time management skills - ability to consistently meet deadlines, define timetables, balance multiple priorities, and manage projects to completion in a fast-paced environment Self-organized, process driven and can drive a project from start to finish with multiple stakeholders Experience working in an agile environment. BSc in engineering/technical degree, or any relevant courses. Strong English speaker.
