Salesforce Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce specialist with an enthusiastic personality and strong service orientation to join our expanding team and use his/her expertise to have a big impact on our rapidly growing company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Our Salesforce Implementation specialist will manage project deliverables (Hands-on(,

expected to support the Company’s business process and its users in all aspects related to Salesforce and its data.

Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce system to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business: CRM, Marketing, Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement, Finance and growth.

Acting as BA and SF implementor

Key tasks:

·      Understand, analyze, Customize and localize Salesforce according to organizational requirements

·      Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience

·      Ownership of tasks and prioritization

·      Will be responsible for the analysis, definition and modification of business processes

• Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them
• Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform

Required skills and qualifications

• Three or more years of experience with Salesforce technical implementations (B2C)
• Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations
• Background in CRM process design and implementation
• Experience with integration tools and ETL tools (ZAPEX- BIG advantage)
• Multitasking and big thinker
