Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring the successful deployment of your solutions
• Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert on the products you launch, best practices in the industry, and our competitors
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Collaborate with our UX design, working together to think through and complete UX flows, wireframes, and design iterations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Monitor product adoption and iterate based on feedback
• Create tangible KPIs to monitor the success of your product deliverables

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, specifically in SaaS B2B/B2B2C enterprise products
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Excellent presentation and collaboration skills
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical aspects of potential technology integrations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, in both Hebrew and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment
