Salesforce Domain Manager – Leading Technological Projects in the Information Systems Division

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the Salesforce domain within the Information Systems Division, responsible for planning, managing, and executing strategic projects.
• Manage professional teams of system analysts, implementers, and developers, leading projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with Information Systems teams, vendors, and internal clients to deeply understand organizational needs and implement tailored solutions.
• Oversee cross-team interfaces and provide problem-solving and process optimization in real-time.
• Drive innovation within Salesforce, implementing advanced technologies to serve the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Project Management, or Systems Analysis – required.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in the Salesforce domain – required.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including Service, Sales, and Marketing modules – required.
• Team Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing teams of system analysts or project managers, with experience leading teams of more than 6 people – required.
• Management Skills: Proven ability to manage in a matrix environment, resolve conflicts, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Decision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making ability in a dynamic environment with quick response times.
• Work Skills: Ability to work independently with external vendors and internal clients, managing tasks and solving problems.
• Advantage: Experience in large organizations and familiarity with advanced Salesforce modules.
