Key Responsibilities

1. Execute Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Collaborate directly with the founders to bring our go-to-market plans to life.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for rapid growth in target markets.

2. Content Creation & Campaign Management:

• Develop engaging marketing materials, including email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, TikTok content, and more.

• Design visuals and assets using tools like Canva and Webflow, ensuring high-quality output.

• Be hands-on in crafting and delivering campaigns end-to-end.

3. AI Tools & Automation:

• Leverage AI tools to optimize marketing efforts, from data analysis to content generation.

• Explore and implement automation opportunities for email marketing and customer outreach.

4. Platform-Specific Marketing:

• Strategize and execute growth campaigns tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and email.

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and ROI.

5. Data-Driven Experimentation:

• Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, gather insights, and iterate quickly.

• Use analytics to track progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

6. Build and Nurture Community:

• Foster meaningful connections with potential users, influencers, and partners across social media and professional networks.

• Actively engage with audiences to drive awareness and loyalty.

Requirements

• Quick Learner: Able to adapt to new tools, strategies, and challenges with speed.

• Proficient in AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-driven platforms for marketing, analytics, and content creation.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Webflow, Canva, and other digital tools.

• Autodidact: Self-starter with a passion for self-improvement and staying ahead of trends.

• Marketing Expertise: Experience with email marketing, social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and community building.

• Content Creator: Strong ability to produce compelling marketing materials independently.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in analyzing metrics and using insights to inform decisions.

• Hands-On: Willingness to dive into the details and execute tasks directly.

• Team Player: Comfortable working closely with the founders and adapting to startup dynamics.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with growth hacking in startups.

• Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising.

• Video editing and graphic design skills for TikTok and other visual platforms.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
