Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bookkeeper & Payroll Accountant to join our finance team. You will play an integral role in ensuring we comply with all tax regulations and business obligations while planning and enabling the financial infrastructure to support our company’s present and future growth. Responsibilities

• Perform all account payables activities, including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors and credit card reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings and provide all relevant materials
• Responsible for cash flow and forecasting, bank reconciliation, and collection from customers and vendors.
• Report VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to Israeli authorities.
• Prepare relevant materials for the balance sheet
• Establish a set of accounting books
• Managing day-to-day work with banks and financial institutions
• Responsible for monthly payroll, including reporting and payment of social benefits.
• Review and record reimbursements of employees’ travel and expense reports.

Requirements

• BA in Economics/Accounting/Business Management - Advantage
• Level 1-2 Bookkeeping Diploma
• 3+ years of experience as a certified bookkeeper, from a high-tech company.
• 2+ years experience in payroll
• Knowledgeable in SAP/Priority/Michpal/Hashavshevet (Michpal - Advantage)
• English - At a high level
• High-level proficiency and experience in Excel
• Ability to adapt to changes and to work in a dynamic environment full of context-switching. A great multitasker
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High service orientation
