Hardware System Engineer

• System design and preparation of system and subsystem documents according to project requirements, such as specifications, compliance response, interface and protocol definitions, ATP/ATR, etc.
• Guidance and hands-on participation in the development of system parts/subassemblies (Hands-On).
• Technical management of product development projects, including subassemblies, subsystems, and multi-disciplinary systems.
• Technical interface with customers, including preparing presentations for design reviews and presenting them to the client.

Requirements:

• Outstanding graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• A Master’s degree with a specialization in a relevant field – an advantage.
• 10 years of industry experience (required) in the development of multi-disciplinary projects and products, including hardware, firmware, software, mechanics, with a significant RF/microwave component.
• Experience in developing products with digital hardware.
• Experience in developing systems that include Embedded SW and Firmware for FPGAs.
• Experience in developing systems that include RF, microwaves, and wireless systems.
• Specialization and experience in communications and/or radar – an advantage.
• Hands-on familiarity with development processes (hardware, software, mechanics).
• Hands-on experience with relevant simulation tools.
• Experience in design validation and transferring projects to production.
• Experience in developing military systems – an advantage.
• A multidisciplinary systems view with attention to detail.
• Creative approach to solving complex problems.
• Ability to lead and guide, combined with the ability to work in a team.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good level of English
