Who we are 

At Polar, we work with cutting-edge young tech startups. We work closely with the founders and marketing leads to turn their vision into a superb website that not only looks great but also converts visitors to potential customers. Our work continues for the long term to help maintain and enrich the websites throughout the years of the startups’ growth. 

We use Webflow to give our clients a complete solution by keeping design, development, and maintenance in our hands. Webflow allows us to develop custom-designed websites from scratch without templates or limitations. The websites we design are for startups in the fields of Cyber Security, Developer and DevOps tools, Infrastructure as Code, and similar tech solutions. 

We believe in egoless teamwork, we are not afraid of design challenges, we are extremely proud of the successes of our clients, and we have a strict no a$$holes policy :) 

Who you are 

You are a Web Designer in heart and soul. You make little notes to yourself every time you see a new page. Because let’s face it, you have ideas to make it better. You have experience with Webflow because that’s the perfect tool you need to bring your design to life. You are a self-learner and a thinker, focusing on the details while not losing sight of the big picture. Empathy is a strong driving force in your thinking process.

What you’ll do 

You’ll work closely with multiple dynamic tech startups in an iterative design process. You’ll dive into the technologies and problems they are solving, how they are solving them, and who their customers are. Using your Webflow expertise, you’ll translate their story and value propositions into beautifully designed and fully functional websites. Along the way, you’ll collaborate internally with Polar’s web design team leads, visual and product designers.

Requirements 

● B.A in design from a known academic institute 

● Experience in designing for Web 

● Figma is your design tool of choice 

● Webflow knowledge and experience 

● Adobe Creative Suite control 

● High level of English 

● An amazing portfolio that includes web design projects
