Brand & Marketing Designer

Particle is a fast-growing global ecommerce brand and a leader in the men's personal care category.

Key Responsibilities

• Ad Design for Media: Develop compelling ad creatives for digital campaigns across Meta, Taboola, Google Ads, and print, aiming to maximize engagement and conversions.

• Product Mockups & Design: Create high-quality mockups and product designs to showcase our grooming products and elevate our product presentations.

• Collaborative Motion Design: Work closely with the editors to create visually stunning assets for video content and animations, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

• Social Media Design: Create eye-catching, engaging assets for social media channels, particularly Instagram and Facebook, resizing as needed for optimal performance.

• Performance & Trend Analysis: Analyze the performance of designs across platforms, identify high-performing visuals, and optimize future campaigns. Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a fresh and relevant brand aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.

• A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating design expertise across various channels (portfolio submission is required).

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Experience designing for digital media ads (Meta, Taboola, Google) and print advertising.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo and Elementor is beneficial but not required.

• Knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney or DALL-E is a plus.

• Strong English language skills with the ability to communicate concepts clearly.

• A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency.

• A data-driven approach to analyzing design performance and optimizing for results.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

• A diploma in Design, Industrial Design, or Visual Communication is an advantage
