What You Will Do:

• Assist customers by providing exceptional support through online chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot issues, guiding customers through solutions step-by-step
• Provide product knowledge and assist in account management
• Record customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share customer feedback
  
  

• Fluent in Hebrew (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
