Mid-Senior Product Manager

Empire Media leading financial publisher, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a key department within our company. This role involves managing a critical vertical of our website, conducting market research, designing digital products, and building content strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that product development aligns with company goals and setting and meeting KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development:

• Build and implement product strategies consistent with the company's vision.
• Develop and expand website areas, covering the complete product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and retrieve customer, stakeholder, and team feedback to shape product requirements, features, and end products.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, recruit, manage, and mentor a team of employees, including content editors and freelancers, and define content specifications to implement a robust content strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including development, design, and content professionals.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD).
• Organize product releases in collaboration with a team of product managers.
• Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users.
• Monitor and analyze product performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Prepare recommendations to expand the product base and vision.
• Ensure roadmap ownership for a critical website area, aligning it with company goals.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in product management with team leadership experience.
• Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in an Agile environment.
• knowledge of capital markets and trading - advantage.

Skills:

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
• Capable of handling complex tasks independently while meeting goals.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field is required.

Other Requirements:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
