We are looking for our next Platform Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of our DevOps tools and infrastructure.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design strategies to streamline, automate, and enhance deployment and development workflows, elevating efficiency and robustness.
• Collaborate with software development teams to optimize and innovate development pipelines.

About you:

• Minimum of 5 years in cloud infrastructure management and development, with strong proficiency in AWS.
• Out of those, Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Expertise in managing and evolving container orchestration systems, especially Kubernetes.
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Terraform.
• Experience in designing infrastructure for large, globally distributed systems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to understanding and prioritizing customer needs.
• Skilled at diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in the application security industry.
