Responsibilities

• Engage with English-speaking customers and provide exceptional service by addressing their inquiries and needs
• Learn about our products and services to effectively convey information and promote sales
• Assist in generating new leads and following up on prospective clients
• Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and approaches

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• At least 2 years proven experience (sales and technical) and experience with CRM systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growing in a sales environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and experience a new culture
• Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is preferred
