Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee nationwide sales activities.

• Lead sales teams across multiple projects.

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.

• Conduct negotiations with key clients.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in first-hand real estate sales – mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience managing a sales team – mandatory.

• Experience in sales within “Price for Buyer” projects – strong advantage.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Full mobility – driver’s license and own vehicle.

• Initiative, leadership abilities, and a drive to succeed.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency with Bambi software.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Familiarity with Google Drive.

• Experience using Facebook for business purposes.
