Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Recruiter located in the EU or Israel to join our team for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project. This role focuses on the sourcing and screening of candidates for high-volume hiring across EMEA within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the semiconductor sector, and will be fluent in English and Hebrew.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing:
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the semiconductor industry. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screening and Evaluation:
• Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Identify and shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements and align with the company’s values.
• Pipeline Management:
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of potential hires. Track and manage candidates through the recruitment process using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on sourcing and screening activities.
• Compliance:
• Ensure all sourcing and screening activities are conducted in compliance with local laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Language Skills:
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
• Industry Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
• Recruitment Expertise:
• Proven experience in sourcing and screening for high-volume recruitment, preferably within an RPO or agency environment.
• Remote Work Experience:
• Comfortable working in a remote setting, with a strong ability to manage time and tasks independently.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
