Responsibilities include:

• Direct management of a team of 10 accountants.
• Overseeing the company's accounting operations up to the balance sheet.
• Utilizing advanced systems, with a preference for experience in global high-tech companies (especially SaaS).
• Leading the team to achieve goals and scaling to the next level.
• Problem-solving and tackling challenges effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing accounting for global companies.
• Strong track record in team management.
• Excellent organizational skills and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (one day per week from home).
