About the Role:
As a Performance Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in managing strategic global accounts across various digital platforms. Leveraging data-driven insights, you’ll optimize campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with creative and tech teams to achieve exceptional results.
Role Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta – mandatory).
- Proven knowledge and experience in the affiliate marketing field – a significant advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- High-level English proficiency – mandatory (native-level fluency not required).
- Passion for digital advertising and a strong desire to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on management of paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing performance to meet CPA and volume goals.
- Continuous improvement of creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
- Pixel implementation and data tracking via Google Tag Manager.
- Developing and refining automation processes using tools like Zapier or Make.
- Collaborating with creative, design, and tech teams to enhance client performance.
- Preparing performance reports and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
