As a Product Development Project Manager, you will take charge of developing and delivering high-quality skincare products. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure our products meet brand expectations and market demands. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and external suppliers to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure product and packaging quality meets high brand and regulatory standards.
• Manage graphic approvals and oversee packaging production with suppliers.
• Coordinate international product registration and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – a must.
• At least two years of experience in project management or product management – a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex processes and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and planning skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, or fragrance industry – a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
