Marketing Department Manager

Position Responsibilities
· Leading and executing a marketing strategy
· Professional management of a 2-person marketing team, and sub contractors
· Creating innovative digital campaigns generating significant sales and high-quality lead acquisition
· Developing customer retention and relationship through advanced digital channels
· Full management of marketing automation campaigns
· Monitoring and optimization of digital assets using advanced tools like SEO, SEM, and SMO
· Direct reporting to the company CEO

Position Requirements
· Experience in managing digital product marketing
· Experience in building and executing work plans and budget exceeding 10 million NIS annually
· Over 3 years expertise in managing PPC and social network campaigns
· Rich experience analyzing and optimizing campaigns through advanced analytics tools
· Proven ability to build effective customer journeys in the digital world
· Deep knowledge of digital media platforms including Google, IDX, Outbrain, and Taboola
· Profound understanding of UX/UI and user experience principles
· Experience with financial markets – an advantage
