We are currently seeking an experienced IT Engineer with expertise in networking and virtualization to join our dynamic team. *This role is fully onsite* Design, deploy, and manage virtualization solutions utilizing technologies such as VMware/Kubernetes. Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of virtualized environments to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization. Design and optimize data center architectures, considering factors such as network connectivity, power distribution, cooling, security, and scalability. Work closely with R&D users to understand their business needs, support them, propose appropriate solutions, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and guidelines, to ensure seamless operation and knowledge transfer. Provide support and day to day tasks to the entire company employee. Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Engineer, specializing in virtualization and datacenter design. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, KVM and/or Kubernetes. Familiarity with server hardware, including rack-mount and blade servers. Experience with storage technologies, such as SAN, NAS, or object storage, and their integration with virtualized environments. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat. Proven experience as an Active Directory Administrator in a large enterprise environment. Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, RADIUS. Must have a strong background with LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches, and other network hardware (802.1Q, QoS, Firewalls, LACP, Stack, BGP).
