What will you do in SuperPlay?:

• Oversee HR operations globally, manage employee data, and maintain HRIS accuracy.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights on workforce planning, engagement, and trends across regions.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR processes and workflows for a global workforce.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams across locations for seamless data sharing and integration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local and international regulations, and data privacy standards.
• Lead or support special HR projects, including global process and tech upgrades.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, or similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or data analysis in a global or fast-paced hi-tech environment.
• Proficient in HRIS (ideally HiBob & Comeet), Excel and google applications.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach.
• Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams and cultures.
