We are passionate about what we do, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion to join our team! Job Description: Are you an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator? Do you have a knack for connecting with people and inspiring them to take action? If so, Sachlav is looking for an Over-the-Phone Sales Representative to help us spread the word about our life-changing programs. In this role, you'll engage with leads who have already expressed interest in our programs, guiding them through the registration process and addressing any concerns they may have. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound sales calls to leads from social media advertising, Birthright, and Masa. • Emphasize the value and significance of the Birthright 10-day trip, highlighting that it is completely free and a highly meaningful experience. • Use phrases like "as you probably know" to connect with potential participants and build rapport. • Address any concerns or hesitations about traveling to Israel, especially in light of current events, with empathy and factual information. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities. • Willingness to work American hours: shifts from 4:00 PM until 12:00 midnight (Israel time).
