Business Development Manager - Urban Renewal

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing business plans and conducting feasibility studies for projects.
• Leading projects in the field of urban renewal.
• Managing the Town Planning and Building process (T.P.O.): from initiation to signing agreements.
• Ongoing coordination with the Israel Land Authority (R.M.I), municipalities, and local councils to promote town planning schemes (T.P.O.) and land-use changes for company properties.

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in residential real estate, with a preference for urban renewal.
• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or Civil Engineering – required.
• Strong business acumen and excellent financial analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high persuasive ability.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
