System Engineer Team Leader

The Engineer will be responsible for systems engineering, requirements management, systems design, digital signal processing, and electrical engineering tasks related to radar systems.

Qualifications

• 3+Systems Engineering, Systems Design, and Requirements Management skills
• Digital/Spatial Signal Processing and Electrical Engineering skills
• Experience in Radar system design and development over RFSoC and FPGA (Xilinx)
• Management experience
• Knowledge with patched antennas and phased arrays
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with radar signal processing algorithms is a plus (pulsed doppler)
