About The Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Accountant to join and strengthen our financial team in Ten Bis.

The role offers an interesting opportunity for anyone with some finance and accounting skills to further develop those skills while gaining and building experience in Order to Cash (O2C).

• Apply incoming payments to invoices
• Run credit card and direct debit runs, and action on rejected/returned attempts.
• Calculate and review accruals on a monthly base.
• Maintain excellent reconciliation of the Accounts Receivable, including Trade Receivable, General Ledger Accounts.
• Support the month end activities in scope for O2C.
• Create customer invoices and credit notes.
• Create Intercompany invoices.
• Maintain customer master data.
• Create manual journals when needed.
• Execute refunds to customers.
• Deliver any other Ad hoc requests that may arise.
  
  

The Role Is Also Involved In Collection Activities To

• Execute Dunning Procedure.
• Follow up with Sales on aged items and discuss action plans.
• make collection calls with customers.
• Report customers to collection agency/external legal assistance.
• Perform customer credit checks.
• There will also be opportunities to be involved in projects and process improvement activities.
  
  

Ready to design with us? Here is what we need from you:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in account management.
• Experience in collections and accounts receivable management is an advantage.
• Excellent reconciliation skills for accounts receivable, including trade receivables and general ledger accounts.
• Experience in creating and managing customer invoices, credit notes, and intercompany invoices.
• Skilled in calculating and reviewing monthly accruals and maintaining customer master data.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One software – an advantage.
• Proficiency in working with computer software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong teamwork skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and customer service orientation.
