Job Description: You will ensure successful deployment, integration, and configuration of our cybersecurity solutions within client IT infrastructures, collaborating with clients and internal teams for high-quality implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Deployment:
- Lead deployment and integration of solutions in client environments.
- Define and document integration requirements with clients.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with vendor support to resolve technical issues.
Client Engagement and Training:
- Conduct training sessions for clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance post-deployment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Wide knowledge of variety of cyber security-landscape oriented topics.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows, Linux, cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in system integration, implementation, and deployment of security solutions.
