Position Overview

Pheno.AI is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal

in shaping and managing our Salesforce ecosystem, which serves as the key component

powering Pheno clinics around the globe and the heart of our data collection process. You will

play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce with our engineering and

product teams, driving the success of global projects, and enabling the collection and

management of clinical data at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from requirements definition through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure delivery meets deadlines and quality standards.
• Design and develop both backend and frontend components within the Salesforce ecosystem, including LWC, Aura, Apex, and VisualForce.
• Customize Salesforce business applications to meet organizational needs, offering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Clearly articulate complex technical concepts in both verbal and written communication, fostering collaboration across teams.

Qualifications and Capabilities

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with a proven track record of independently leading projects from concept to production.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex,
• VisualForce, and SOQL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.
• Demonstrated organizational and task management skills, with an orientation toward project management and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Additional Considerations

• Experience working in a global, customer-facing environment is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is

preferred.
