About the Company:
We are a dynamic, fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in beauty and wellness. Role Overview:
As a CRO, your primary goal will be to increase the website's conversion rate, ensuring a higher percentage of site visitors turn into actual customers.
You'll focus on optimizing the user experience and ensuring visitors take meaningful actions, such as making a purchase, subscribing to newsletters, or achieving other goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Behavioral Analysis: Analyze user behavior on the site, identifying patterns leading to abandonment, areas of low engagement, and conversion funnel bottlenecks.
Process Analysis & Design: Manage various revenue streams (e.g., loyalty programs, subscriptions, and newsletters) to maximize profitability.
Website Optimization: Improve calls to action, ensuring they are clear, attractive, and easy to use.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests, comparing versions of pages or site elements to determine what drives higher conversions. Manage the testing process from hypothesis creation through to insights and recommendations.
Upselling Strategy Development: Suggest ideas for value propositions, product bundles, accessible user experiences, and personalized product recommendations.
UI/UX Improvement: Collaborate with design, development, and IT teams to enhance website usability and functionality.
Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to derive insights and measure the effectiveness of conversion optimization strategies.
Requirements:
E-commerce Experience – Proven experience managing or operating e-commerce websites.
Data Analysis Expertise – Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, BI tools).
Team Collaboration Skills – Ability to work closely with development, QA, IT, customer service, and design teams.
Basic Web Development Knowledge – Familiarity with CSS and CRO-related coding.
A/B Testing & Product Analytics – Experience with A/B testing and platforms like Visually and automation tools is a plus.
UX/UI Experience – Hands-on understanding of user experience design, with a focus on working with developers.
Shopify Experience – A significant advantage.
Languages: Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
Additional Responsibilities:
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Study global trends and propose hypotheses for site optimization or flow improvements with external systems. Execute these hypotheses and analyze the results for continuous improvement.
Performance Marketing: Experience with performance marketing is a plus.
