Responsibilities

• Product Reliability:
  
  

• Development Process Leadership: Provide professional guidance and leadership in the development processes of systems and products, focusing on reliability and materials.
• Controlled Experiments and Statistical Analysis:
  
  

• Reporting and Presentations: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders on reliability issues.
• Reliability Forecasts and Analyses: Conduct reliability forecasts and analyses to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Real-Life Customer Tests: Organize and conduct real-life customer tests to validate product reliability.
• Failure Analysis: Study failures to understand root causes and implement corrective actions.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (quality, machines, materials, polymers), or related field.
• Experience in product reliability.
• Proficient in writing laboratory reports and work procedures.
• Experience working in a testing laboratory.
• Good English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
• Experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry- Advantage.
• Familiarity with reliable software- Advantage.
