Position Overview Pheno.AI is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and managing our Salesforce ecosystem, the core platform powering Pheno clinics worldwide and driving our clinical data collection processes. You will ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with our engineering and product teams, enabling global projects and scaling clinical data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop both backend and frontend components within the Salesforce ecosystem, including LWC, Aura, Apex, and VisualForce.
• Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from requirements definition to design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate seamlessly into a full-stack development environment, demonstrating understanding of full-stack software development.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Articulate complex technical concepts clearly, fostering collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications and Capabilities

• 5+ years of Extensive experience in Salesforce development, with proven expertise in building scalable and efficient solutions.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently, from concept to production.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, VisualForce, and SOQL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST APIs and other methods.
• Strong business understanding with a passion for the product's potential and its impact.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Additional Considerations

• Experience with other programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java for integrating third-party tools.
• Willingness to contribute to development work outside of Salesforce using Python and React as needed.
• Experience in global, customer-facing environments is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing products with multiple Salesforce orgs is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Location Our office is based in Tel Aviv. A hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in the office is mandatory.
