Director of Detection and Response

A large and well-known company is searching for a Director to lead the cyber security detection and response division, leading a group of ~25 professionals.

Responsibilities:

Managing team leaders in three domains:

• Security Operation Center (SOC)
• Incident Response (IR)
• Automation and Detection

The fittest candidates will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, strong leadership skills, and a proven history of managing incident response operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in the management of different cybersecurity teams.
• Prior hands-on experience in IR and a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or GIAC will be advantageous.
