As a customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. You'll provide proactive support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues across various communication channels, fostering trust and loyalty.

What You'll Do:

• Guide customers and deliver personalized support with a smile.
• Address inquiries concerning payments, money transfers, and other company services.
• Proactively engage with customers across multiple phone, email, and chat channels.
• Continuously strive to improve the customer experience.
• Contribute to our mission of expanding our user base and driving active engagement.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Sinhala, Hebrew, and English.
• Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and managing time efficiently.
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in fintech) - an advantage.
• A positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to learn and grow.
