Strategic Production Manager for a Leading Global High-Tech Company

A leading global high-tech company is seeking a Strategic Production Manager for a role that includes:

• Overseeing all production activities with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Managing internal production processes and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Planning and executing production schedules.
• Ensuring on-time production and delivery to customers.
• Evaluating and approving suppliers.
• Collaborating with engineering and development teams.
• Managing ATP testing and system launches.
• Working with relevant stakeholders to optimize production processes and improve testing outcomes.
• Implementing improvement and optimization processes to enhance production efficiency, and more.

Position located in Modi'in.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in production management within a global multidisciplinary company – mandatory.
• Team management experience – mandatory.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of electronics and PCB manufacturing processes – an advantage.
• Experience working with contractors and suppliers worldwide – an advantage.
• Management of production volumes of $10M annually.
• Experience working with offshore production and subcontractors – an advantage.
• Availability for a full-time position.
