Medical Data Analyst team lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic medical data analyst team lead to join Briya. This role will be in leading a team of medical data analysts and focusing on integration of RWD to the Briya marketplace and leading the efforts of executing research and analysis on that data. The role will include close work with the medical and epidemiological team, managing and developing the internal frameworks and processes of the team and collaborating with Product and R&D teams.

Job requirements

• 3+ years of leading data analysts team
• 5+ years of data analyst experience coupled with strong analytical and logical skills
• Strong desire to develop and learn
• Medical proficient - medical / nursing degree, or relevant experience with analyzing medical related data.
• Experience in working with Linux OS
• Proven experience with analytical tools such as Python, R and SQL.
• Team player

Job responsibilities

• Managing a team of medical data analysts
• Integration of new data providers/sources to the Briya marketplace and configuring their data to be onboarded to the Briya Marketplace (using FHIR/OMOP format)
• Testing and validating that the data that is onboarded to the Briya Marketplace is standardized and harmonized across all sites. And creating process and infrastructure to keep all configuration up to date.
• Supporting the Briya dynamic datasets product which are RWD mastersets that are being used for sales and marketing efforts and are on of the main products.
• Facilitating feasibility tests and research on top of the Briya Marketplace to enhance the sales process and and ensuring the delivery of data requests and analyses.
• Close contact with key stakeholders in the organization: Medical lead, Product, R&D team leaders, to make our product better and be able to deliver value to our customers.
