Compliance Agent

Join our team as a Compliance Agent, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth, compliant operations by monitoring trading activities and managing compliance processes. This position is ideal for someone passionate about upholding regulatory standards and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and review trading activities and transactions to identify suspicious behavior or non-compliance with company guidelines.
• Review and approve trading accounts and process trader payouts.
• Handle disputes from credit card processors and manage related documentation.
• Assist in identifying and assessing risks in trading activities and internal processes to prevent fraud or misconduct.
• Support internal audits to ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to integrate compliance into all business processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and compliance technologies to enhance internal practices.

• 1+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within the financial services, trading, or fintech industries -advantage.
• Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
