VP Product

What You’ll Be Doing

● Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Designer through the full product lifecycle: ideation, validation, delivery and continuous improvements

● Work tightly with CTO and R&D team leads to define the scope, priority and flow of engineering work

● Enable internal stakeholders, like Solution Engineering and Customer Success, through championing new features and use cases and driving product value

● Cooperate with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to push clients for adoption and upsales

● Be the focal points between Subject Matter Experts such as KELA’s Threat Research team, Engineering and Marketing to drive market-leading solutions

Qualifications - Must

● At least 3 years experience managing product teams

● At least 5 years experience in cyber security / threat intelligence / SecOps - preferably startups

● Experience in leading client-facing communications like collection direct feedback, presenting a roadmap or performing hands-on training on complex systems

● Experience in building and executing strategic, long-term work plans or roadmaps

● Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, including experience in public speaking (conferences or webinars)

● Data analysis and analytic thinking skills, with ability to dive head-on into raw data and create product insights and workplans from it

● Experience working on data-rich and data-driven products

Advantage

● Background in threat research or hands-on experience in cyber threat intelligence / attack surface management tools

● Experience with SIEM / SOAR / security automation tools, either as client or vendor

● Hands-on technical background as developer, QA, data analysts etc.
