IGlobal Quality Director
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Quality Director to lead our company's quality management system and culture. This key leadership position will play a crucial role in improving business performance and supporting the achievement of company goals through effective quality management. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the company's quality management system and quality culture as a tool for improving business performance and supporting the achievement of company goals.
• Ensure implementation and embedding of all company quality procedures across various global sites.
• Oversee the company's quality system in accordance with a fully integrated system based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Implement quality assurance methodologies and tools, including quality procedures and process control across all company divisions.
• Manage quality interface with customers (After-sale) and subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance and maintenance of the quality system according to international and other relevant standards.
• Oversee supplier quality assurance management and requirements, in line with quality standards and customer demands.
• Manage internal quality control processes and acceptance inspections.
• Develop and publish periodic quality metrics and quality costs (KPI, QCDM), including preparation and presentation of management reviews.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze data, present findings, and implement improvement actions.
• Handle, analyze, and document customer complaints, internal and external deviations, and implement corrective actions (MRB, CAR process management).
• Collaborate with Engineering on ECO implementation for continuous improvement based on failures/customer complaints.
• Lead the direct reporting team and engage in managing quality subordinates domestically and globally.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience of at least 7 years in quality management in a global industrial company, preferably in the water industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management (required). Mechanical Engineering degree is an advantage.
• Familiarity with management standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Quality module.
• Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) - advantage.
• Process understanding: Experience in process analysis and leading change and improvement processes.
• Fluent English (mandatory) - writing, reading, speaking. Technical English – advantage
