TechOps Team Lead

Requirements:

- Experience: At least 3 years in a management or leadership role, with 5+ years of relevant experience in positions such as integrator, NOC engineer, network engineer, IT, or TechOps leadership.

- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking, and systems management.

- Linux Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in command-line interface (CLI) commands.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication.

- Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leadership and team management.

- Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including remote troubleshooting capabilities.

- Customer Orientation: Ability to drive client satisfaction and maintain high standards of service.

- Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Advantages:

- Network Infrastructure Experience: Familiarity with deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure.

- Server Hardware Knowledge: Experience with server hardware configurations and maintenance.

- Maritime/Defense Background: Experience in the maritime, navy, or intelligence sectors.

- Automation Tools: Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible.
