Head of Product

AutoDS, a rapidly growing e-commerce automation platform recently acquired by Fiverr, is seeking a dedicated Head of Product to lead our product team. This role offers the unique opportunity to operate independently under the AutoDS brand while benefiting from Fiverr's stability as a publicly traded company. The Head of Product will focus on executing a well-defined product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure requirements are meticulously researched, clearly documented, and seamlessly communicated. This position emphasizes operational excellence, driving an efficient development process to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Manage and support the product team, including two Product Managers, a Designer, and a Business Analyst, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
• Foster collaboration across departments to maintain clear communication and shared understanding of deliverables and timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, enabling them to excel in executing product initiatives.

Execution of Product Roadmap

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of a pre-defined product roadmap, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Break down complex initiatives into actionable tasks, prioritizing deliverables based on business needs and impact.
• Ensure development teams have well-documented, research-backed, and clear requirements for seamless execution.

Feature Development and User Experience (UX):

• Supervise the implementation of product features across the AutoDS Platform and Build Your Store, maintaining high standards of usability and consistency.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure features meet user experience (UX) and design quality benchmarks.

Data-Driven Execution:

• Use platform and market data to validate decisions, track progress, and measure the impact of product initiatives.
• Partner with the analytics team to translate user behavior and engagement metrics into actionable insights.
• Execute features and initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, user retention, and operational efficiency.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Ensure alignment with quarterly and annual OKRs by tracking progress, addressing risks, and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Regularly provide stakeholders with updates on the roadmap’s status, identifying completed, ongoing, and upcoming initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track and report on key performance metrics and ensure accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in B2C environments.
• Proven track record of successfully executing pre-defined product roadmaps with a focus on delivering results efficiently and on schedule.
• Exceptional organizational and operational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines with precision.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process.
• Strong proficiency in communication (written and verbal) in English to effectively collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and executives.
• Familiarity with various product development methodologies and the ability to adapt processes to ensure smooth execution.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure that product requirements are well-researched, clearly documented, and actionable for development teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and address potential roadblocks proactively.
• Experience managing or collaborating with virtual and globally distributed teams.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving projects forward, maintaining accountability, and delivering high-quality results.
