Customer Service Representative

Agilite, a rapidly growing defense equipment business, is seeking a talented Customer Service Coordinator to play a key role in its E-Commerce order fulfillment process.

The ideal candidate is energetic, tech-savvy, and highly responsible, with a passion for tackling the supply chain challenges of a fast-growing modern business. We are looking for someone who is caring, ensures our valued customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently and can solve problems on the go to provide an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely, accurate information regarding orders, product details, shipping, returns, and other related topics.
• Managing the order fulfillment process, including order entry, administration, and shipping.
• Continuously improving procedures so that warehouses can operate independently and process orders efficiently.
• Communicating with our B2C clients about their orders, answering questions, and resolving any shipping or return issues that may arise.
• Maintaining the reliability of the ERP system diligently.
• Communicating daily with our fulfillment centers and shipping providers.

Position Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in spoken and written English.
• Basic Hebrew is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in supply chain, e-commerce, logistics, or customer service roles.
• Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems such as SAP Business, Katana, and the Shopify e-commerce platform is strongly preferred.
• Must be an innovative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.
• A passion for tactical gear is preferred.
