Role Overview:
As our Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will lead the product strategy and development, ensuring our mission is reflected in every aspect of the user experience. You’ll be responsible for transforming our vision into a product that meets the unique needs of our users. Working alongside the CEO and CTO, you will design, prioritize, and execute a roadmap that delivers measurable outcomes for trauma survivors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on trauma recovery and resilience.
  
  

• Collaborate closely with the CTO to integrate AI, gamification, and community features that drive user engagement.
  
  

• Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and apply data-driven insights to enhance the product.
  
  

• Champion user experience and design features that make mental health support accessible, empathetic, and impactful.
  
  

• Manage product timelines, goals, and performance metrics to ensure the success of each feature.
  
  

• Build and lead a team of product managers and designers as we scale.
  
  

• Proven experience as a CPO or product leader in a high-growth tech environment.
  
  

• Background in health tech, wellness, or consumer-facing apps; experience in trauma or mental health solutions is a plus.
  
  

• Strong user empathy and a commitment to creating products that make a positive social impact.
