Securities Operations Specialist

For a leading financial organization, we are looking for a skilled Securities Operations Specialist to join the team. The role involves managing securities transactions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and providing operational support to various departments within the organization.

Job Description:

Responsible for registering, clearing, and managing securities transactions in both domestic and international markets, including transfers, payments, and corporate events.

Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders: brokers, custodians, the Bank of Israel, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and institutional entities.

Providing support and services to trading desks, the capital markets sector, and business units within the bank.

Requirements:

Relevant bachelor's degree (Economics/Business Administration/Accounting).

At least 3 years of experience in securities operations, with a focus on securities transfers – mandatory.

High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Advanced Excel skills and strong technological orientation.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a demanding environment, including Sunday-Friday shifts (on rotation).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to learn independently.
