Go Software Engineer - AI Model Integration - Contract (6 Months)

Budget - USD 10 - 22 Hourly

Full-time, 8-hour workday with a mandatory 4-hour overlap in PST

Notice Period: 2 weeks

Engagement Duration: 6-12 months

Experience Required

• Minimum of 6 years in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development
• Essential Skill: At least 5 years of experience with Go programming
• Key Responsibilities:
• Review and ensure the quality of code and solutions generated by AI systems, adhering to best practices
• Manage the development cycle by setting priorities, goals, and deadlines
• Apply deep expertise in Go to troubleshoot and resolve complex coding issues during AI validation
• Promote an innovative, collaborative environment within the team
• Conduct validation checks to ensure AI-generated code meets standards for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate AI system capabilities
• Provide constructive feedback on team members' code to maintain high standards of software development
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6+ years as a software engineer specializing in backend development
• Proven leadership skills, ideally with experience managing a team of software engineers
• Strong command of Go programming language and software development best practices
• Preferred: Experience working with AI systems and code-generation technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal
