System Administrator

A leading company in the insurance and finance sector is seeking a System Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• General responsibility for all organizational servers, both physical and virtual.
• Maintenance, support, and resolution of infrastructure issues.
• Handling the day-to-day operations of the system team.
• Collaborating with internal organizational interfaces and external vendors.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in large-scale organizations.
• Expertise and experience with VMware and NetApp – mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products: AD, DC, GPO, Exchange.
• Experience with backup software.
• Experience with Citrix VDI.
• Knowledge of Linux – an advantage.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools – an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• High service orientation.
• Ability for self-learning.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when needed.
