Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 developers
• Design and implement architectural solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product features
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Participate in agile development processes
• Drive improvements and upgrades within the Umbraco framework

Requirements:

• Strong experience in C#, Umbraco, and MVC
• Minimum of 1 year in a managerial role
• Proven track record in building scalable applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills
