A FinTech American company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager.
As one, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate Talent Development Programs: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing talent development programs and initiatives.
- Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
- Communicate program details, schedules, and requirements to participants.
- Track and maintain training records, attendance, and evaluations.
- Support Training and Development Activities: Assist in creating and distributing training materials, presentations, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers to schedule training sessions and ensure availability of training materials.
- YHB Coordinate logistics for training events Manage participant registrations, confirmations, and communications.
- Monitor Learning and Development Budget: Assist in tracking expenses related to talent development programs. Maintain budget records and ensure adherence to allocated funds.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for vendor payments and budget approvals.
- Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess program effectiveness. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing program outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Drive the DEI (Diversity and inclusion) priority/initiative from a site perspective with close collaboration with the US team and Head of HR ISR.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in talent development, training coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
