Compliance Specialist

The5ers is a leading proprietary trading firm that empowers traders by providing them access to funded accounts and growth opportunities based on their trading performance. Our mission is to provide traders with the tools, capital, and guidance they need to succeed in the financial markets. We are looking for a Compliance Agent to join our growing team. As a Compliance Agent, you will ensure that all users' trading activities comply with the company rules, and comply with know your customer (KYC) process.

You will be vital in ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review trading activities and transactions to detect suspicious behavior or non-compliance with company guidelines.
• Review and approve trading accounts and traders' payouts.
• Handle disputes from credit card processors.
• Handle documentation related to compliance activities
• Assist with identifying and assessing risks related to trading activities and internal processes to prevent fraud or misconduct.
• Assist with internal audits to ensure company operations adhere to internal policies.
• Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all company processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, and compliance technology to help enhance internal compliance processes.

Requirements:

• experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the financial services, trading, or fintech industry. (Not mandatory)
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and compliance challenges.
