Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist at Aminolab Ltd in Ness Ziona. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality control, quality assurance, quality management, GMP practices, and quality auditing tasks in the analytical laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the handling of customer complaints, deviations, change control, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Draft, review, and control procedures and work instructions across various departments.
• Prepare for external inspections and conduct internal audits.
• Coordinate with calibration service providers and track equipment calibrations.
• Engage in collaboration with managers and employees of all levels.
• Manage special projects relevant to the role.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven professional experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or food industries under GMP conditions.
• Experience in GMP and/or GLP and/or ISO environments is mandatory.
• Master's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Life Sciences.
• A degree or course in Quality Assurance is an advantage.
• Familiarity with validation processes of analytical and/or microbiological methods.
• Native-level Hebrew and very high proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
